Fees
All therapy sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes, for which I charge $100. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards to be collected at the beginning of session (so we can get movin’!).
I do not accept insurance at this time, however I am happy to provide a receipt which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
All forms necessary for our first session together are to the left. Please open, print and bring the completed forms to our initial meeting.
